Easter

Easter is a weird holiday for me. I don't understand the concept of the easter bunny. Why do we celebrate the death and resurrection of Christ with chocolate? What is the point of hiding and seeking eggs (chocolate or otherwise)? So I'm not sure what to do with the kids. However, the 4 year old wanted to know when the bunny was coming...our answer was sometime Sunday. Sunday came and again he wanted to know when the bunny was coming, so dad took the kids to Grandpa's and when they came home the bunny had been to visit. The eggs (chocolate foil) were not well hidden, sitting on chairs and shelves, but their. The bunny had also magically brought baskets (Mater for him, Dora for her) to collect their eggs in.

Then Kate and I went to church to show off her beautiful new dress from Auntie. She was an angel, you barely knew she was there. She wanted to stand when others stand (while holding my hand) and sit when others sat, and she tried to sing along.

That night we all went for a walk, I love the pics of my family together...they are so adorable.
