Summertime - and the living is easy

The story starts with the fact that it's mothers day. I was awoken to breakfast in bed and when I joined the noisy crew I received a movie and mothers day cards. After a few hours we decided to go for a walk (quite windy) and went to the store then to the coffee shop for latte and fries. When we were leaving I was standing on the deck talking to a friend and I saw that there was a bump in the ice on the river, I told everyone I think the river has broken. We continued our walk home and put the kids down for naps. Joe ran errands while I watched my movie present (27 Dresses - quite girly and predictable but good), while Joe was out he saw the river moving and came to see if Kate was awake so we could go watch....35 minutes later she was and we did.

This year is a great year, not evey year is, one year it rose and sat there and melted. This year its high and its a mountain!
